Group to Bank of New York, where he will cover the

Mr. Lloyd is also responsible for the recent move of
Thomas Garvey from JP Morgan’s Private Client Compliance
Group to the Equity Compliance and Special Projects
Group of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Garvey will serve as VP of
Compliance for Equities & Special Projects.

Director, Mark Young, is responsible for the hiring of
Mary Garrison, former Vice President of Northern Trust
Wealth Management, by Merrill Lynch in San Francisco as
a Senior Financial Advisor.
A recent “team lift-out” from Miles Parker and
Associates (a boutique retainer executive search firm)
has enabled Strategic Alliance Group to add greater
breadth to its own organization. As a result of the new
